Congress costs

 

Early bird registration (all days) until December 26th 2019

  • €350 for delegate and per her/his personal assistant (per person);
  • €425 for participant of a member organization and per her/his personal assistant (per person);
  • €425 for patron member and per her/his assistant (per person);
  • €500 for any other participant and per her/his personal assistant (per person).

 

 After December 26th 2019 costs (all days) are:

  • €400 for delegate and per her/his personal assistant (per person);
  • €475 for participant of a member organization and per her/his personal assistant (per person);
  • €475 for patron member and per her/his assistant (per person);
  • €550 for any other participant and per her/his personal assistant (per person).

 

Day tickets:

  • €180 per person and day
  • €80 for personal assistants per day. No Congress participation!

 

Payment for all days includes:

  • Hotel accommodation for two nights with breakfast
  • Welcome reception and Dinner
  • Congress Dinner
  • Two lunches
  • Coffee breaks
  • Congress material

 

Payment includes for Day tickets (all days included):

  • Welcome reception (only Wednesday)
  • Meals
  • Coffee breaks
  • Congress material


Congress fee does not include

  • Extra nights at the hotel. To be paid directly at the hotel. ESCIF can book extra nights for Congress participants who order it through the registration form before February 5th.
  • Transfers from and to the airport or railway station – read more in the transportation details.
  • Sightseeing tour on Friday after the Congress (we will inform you about the cost later)
      

 

Important dates

 

Registration closes February 5th 2020! For registration after February 5th 2020 you can contact secretary@escif.org (Price and availability on request). 

  • Cancellation until 29st February: 100% of the congress fee is refunded.
  • Cancellation until 1st April: 50% of the congress fee is refunded.
  • Cancellation after 1st April is not possible. The congress fee is not refunded.

 

Documents sent until:

  • Call for Abstract: until 7th December 2018;
  • Proposal and Member's input please send until 21th March 2019 to ... 

 

 


 

Language

 

The language used during the congress is English.

 


  

Confirmation, invoice and payment

After your registration, you will be sent an invoice for the congress fee by e-mail at the latest 1st March 2020. The payment is required by 15th March 2020 at the latest. It is only after you have paid the invoice that you are guaranteed a place at the congress. We will not reserve a room at the hotel for you unless the invoice is paid in time.

Please transfer the payment in Euro, free of charges (all transfer charges to be paid by you) according to the details on the invoice.
You will receive a confirmation when we have received your payment.

Transportation details  

We arrange wheelchair accessible transports on Wednesday May 6th, Friday May 8th and Saturday May 9th. For details please see transport details, including details on public transport. If you need an individual solution please contact Albert Marti: secretary@escif.org

Shuttle service from/to Zürich

We will be offering a shuttle service for those wheelchair users who need it. The price is CHF 50 per transfer.

  • Shuttle 1 leaves Zürich Airport Wednesday May 6th at 11:00 AM
  • Shuttle 2 leaves Zürich Airport Wednesday May 6th at 2.30 PM

 

We will also send an e-mail with information to you, if you have chosen the shuttle service option on the registration form. If you haven’t done so, but would like to book shuttle transport, please let us know as soon as possible:

After the congress the following shuttles will be available:

  • Shuttle 1 leaves Friday 8th May at 2:00 PM
  • Shuttle 2 leaves Saturday 9th May at 10:00 AM
  • Shuttle 3 leaves Saturday 9th May at 2:00 PM

Train service from/to Zürich Airport


If you arrive by train (from the airport for example) the congress hotel is located about 600 metres from the SBB train station Nottwil.

Passengers with reduced mobility can obtain help with getting on and off trains by phoning SBB Call Center Handicap:

This service is available for fast trains and some regional services. Please notify SBB call center of your journey at least one hour in advance. Assistance is available free of charge to wheelchair users, passengers with impaired mobility, the blind or visually impaired and the mentally handicapped.
