Congress costs
€250 per delegate and per her/his personal assistant
€325 per participant of a member organization and per her/his personal assistant;
€325 per patron member and per her/his assistant;
€400 for any other participant and per her/his personal assistant.

 


Please register before 14th February 2017. After that is possible to register until 14th March for an additional fee of € 50 per person. The places are limited to 48 participants. All other will stay in another hotel near by.


Payment includes

- Hotel accommodation for two nights (Wednesday and Thursday) with breakfast
- Two lunches (Thursday and Friday)
- Dinner on Wednesday,
- Coffee breaks (Thursday and Friday)
- Delegates’ Dinner on Thursday (with non-alcoholic drinks and wine)

Payment does not include
- extra nights bed/breakfast (to be paid direct at Dom paraplegikov) per night € 39,00 (full board/person) for a double room
- transfers from and to the airport or railway station
- sightseeing tour on Friday after the Congress (The costs - € 50,00)

 

Please register before 14th March, 2017! The places are limited to 48 participants.


Confirmation, invoice and payment
After your registration we will send you an invoice by email. Please transfer payment in EURO, free of charges (all transfer charges to be paid by you) according to the details on the invoice.

Procedure for registration

 (please read this instruction)

 


 

STEP 1 (how to open your account)

 

1. You need to login on: http://escif.lyforms.com/user/login

 

"If you already registsred just go to the next step (old user)."

 

2. For new users "Create a new account"

  • User name (must be a valid and working email address)
  • Retype the same user name
  • Click “REGISTER” button

 


3. On your mail you will receive “Account activation Code”

  • Please activate your account
  • The text will appear “Your account was successfully activated.” and your ID.

 


4. On your mail you will receive second mail with Username and Password.

  • Please save your Username and Password! Your Username & Pasword you can use also next year.

 

 


 


STEP 2
(create your “Registration form”)

 

5. Open http://escif.lyforms.com/user/login and you can now login with your Username.

 


6. Click on ESCIF Congress 2017.

  • Click on “Create” green button
  • Fill the registration form

& &

 

 

 

7. Click on “VALIDATE AND SAVE” button
Your registration form is saved now. You can change or print your form.

 

 

 


 


STEP 3 (sending the registration form to ESCIF Congress organizer)

 

8. Select the registration form and click a green button »SEND SELECTED FORM«

 

 

CANGRATULATION! YOU ARE NOW OFICAL REGISTRATED AS A PARTICIPANT ON ESCIF CONGRESS 2017 IN PIRAN, SLOVENIA.

 

 

 


 

STEP 4 (after registration)

 

9. Most of you will not have travel details (Arrival flight no., arrival time…) while you will register. You can send it later.

  • Open http://escif.lyforms.com/user/login and login with your Username
  • Click on “ESCIF Congress 2017”
  • Click on “Submission…”
  • Click on icon “pencil” and fill the “Travel details”
  • Click on “Upload” button on the bottom of registration form
